The Home Repair Programs are committed to providing repairs to help stabilize the home for low- to moderate-income individuals who own and are currently living in single-family homes. These programs are funded by a U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) grant.
The Office of Housing & Community Development, in collaboration with The Plan Room, OneWest, Inc. are seeking local, qualified contractors and handyman businesses interested learning how to participate in the Home Repair Programs and land new contract opportunities.
